These are our terms and conditions for placing orders. Please read carefully.
Minimum order is 10000 Indian Rupees (Exclusive of tax+packing+courier).
All our prices mentioned here are wholesale prices, even for bulk orders.
The overheads are 12 % GST, 10 % couriering and 10% packing. We start processing your order once we receive a 50 % advance from you.
For a first order we accept 4 different glaze options for the total consignment.
To commence work, we request a 50% advance on the full amount (including taxes, packing and couriering). The balance amount including all taxes and other charges is fully payable prior to dispatching the boxes from our studio in Auroville. Any additional taxes/deductions need to be clarified prior to placing an order.
All our pieces are handmade and glazed with glazes that we develop on our own. Exposed to the wood- and gas firings, the results may show variations from the glazes that you find on our photos or that have been supplied before. These variations give our pottery the unique look that we hope you are looking for.
We pack our goods, the best we can. However, we are not responsible for damage in transit.
We courier ceramic work all over India with Blue Dart couriers, and have had nominal breakage and zero problems in all our dealings with them over the years.
The delivery of the goods takes 8 weeks or more depending on earlier orders and seasonal variables.
Receipt of the advance from the client's side is indicative of their acceptance of our terms and conditions.
If you need your order to be exported we can recommend an export company which has handled many exports for us. We charge 15 % for export packing.
