Anamika has been multi-tasking the different facets of Mandala Pottery ever since her arrival. Wherever the need of the moment: accounting, administration, making murals, working in the production for the orders experimenting with smoke firing, porcelain and going for exhibitions etc.
Krishnamoorthy started working with ceramics when he was 15 years old. He loves ceramics and the whole process which transmutes inert clay to beautiful tableware. He has a vast knowledge of all materials, of the firing process, and he is an invaluable team member for the running of the Pottery
Because of Adil’s architectural background, we soon started making murals, and through his many contacts we were able to come in contact with a different clientele. His outlook is professional, creative and he has contributed in making Mandala Pottery into a dynamic place. Exhibitions and signing up for artist in residence programs, have made him to travel around India and the globe many times
Shanti is a steady and friendly presence in the pottery since 14 years. Keeping the pottery clean and providing all of us with tea and juice. Her interest in ceramics has grown over the years. And at the moment she is able to give a hand in many activities involved in making glazed ceramics.
Raghavan joined us in 2004. Quiet and unassuming with a friendly smile he is doing the slipcasting and the loading and firing of the kiln skilfully.
Baikyam came to Mandala in 2014 to help us with the garden. Now she is assisting us with many of the tasks handmade pottery demands. She has an amazing resilience and strong work ethics.

Savithri came to Mandala in 2017. She is here to help us with the administration.
Suresh is a skilled, modest team member. Suresh joined us to do various aspects of preparation and production.
